1) How long will my order take?

All orders take 5-10 working days to process, unless otherwise indicated. Processing of orders does not include delivery. Delivery takes an additional 1-4 working days, depending on where you are located.

1-2 days for main centres with and 2-3 days for outlying areas.

5) Do you do refunds on personalized items?

Once you place a personalized order, you have 24 hours to change or contact us for a refund. Personalized orders are made to your specification and once it is placed, we start the process. Once the 24 hour period is over, we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on personalized orders.
